Temperature indicating stick features accurate, fast, low-cost method for measuring surface temperatures. Durable temperature indicator has stick-in-holder design that offers comfortable use in the workshop or in the field. It has protective holder and shirt-clip for comfortable fit and features adjustable ring prevents breakage and enhances handling. Temperature indicator reaches accurate temperature when the stick melts and is ideal for pre-heating, post-weld heat-treating, interpass temperature monitoring and stress-relieving. It finds applications in welding, bridge fabrication, metal fabrication, railroad industry, forge and casting foundries, steel mills and warehouses. Temperature indicating stick is precise to within ±1% of Fahrenheit and ±3% of Celsius rated temperatures with no requirement for sensor calibration. It meets AWS D1. 1, ANSI/ASME guidelines, B32. 1 and B31. 3, ASME code sec, I, III and VII, NIST traceable.
