On Airgas.com, we help you manage your payment options in your online account. Just log into your account and choose Profile in the More menu. Here you can add, remove or change your preferred credit cards.
If you want to switch accounts, go to upper left side of the Top Menu and select Switch Account. Select the account you wish to use (you may need to go to the View All Accounts option if you don’t see the account listed) and then click the Select button located at the bottom of the list.
There are two options for locating your order on the site.
If you ordered gases: Log into your Airgas.com account. Go to the Menu and choose the Invoices menu. Choose Invoice History. Locate the order and select the Check for POD option.
If you didn’t order Gases or you are looking to track other items on your order:Log into your Airgas.com account. Go to the Menu and select Orders. Go to Order History where you will be presented with a list of orders placed. Select the order number and you will see tracking information in the far right column. If you don’t see the order you are looking for, you may need to change the date range or the Sales Organization.
Log into your Airgas.com account. Go to the Menu and select the My Lists and then My Items. You will be presented with a list of materials. To specifically see the items for which you have a Contract with Airgas select Filter By dropdown menu and choose Contract Items. A list of all of the items on Contract will be displayed. Airgas may have a price held for you, however, if the item is not included in a legally binding agreement it may not show in this section.

At Airgas we recognize that our customers may wish to obtain a quote request before placing orders with us. As a registered user on Airgas.com you can quickly submit a quote and get a response from your account representative.
Confirm your scheduled Airgas deliveries online quickly and easily.
Log into your Airgas.com account and select More in the top Menu. Select Cylinder Balance. You will be presented with a table with a row for each type or size of cylinder. Select on the “+” button to expand a row. The row shows the beginning balance of cylinders, the amount being shipped, the amount returned, any adjustments to the account and the current balance of cylinders.
Log into your Airgas.com account. Search for the gas for the cylinder you wish to return. Add the item to the cart and then proceed to the cart. Here you will see a section where you can add the number of cylinders you wish to return. If you are only looking to return the cylinder, mark the order quantity as zero (0).
Go to Airgas.com and select the SDS Search link at the top right of the page. Select the type of SDS you wish to view: Pure Gases, Mixed Gases or Hard Goods. Enter either the SDS number, Product name, Chemical Abbreviation or Airgas part number in the search box. Press enter. A table of results will be shown. Select View to see the specific SDS and it will open as a PDF in a new window.
Sign in to the site and then select More in the top Menu. Select Certificate of Analysis. Please note: not all gases have a COA and you can only access a COA for a gas you have ordered on your account. Enter either the Reference number, Cylinder number or Barcode number for the COA you need (this information can be found on your invoice). Select the Search button and the search results will be displayed. Select the COA number and select the certificate and/or COA that you need and select Create PDF report.
On the Dashboard you should see your Sales Representatives information. If you do not you can contact eBusiness Customer Service via email at wecanhelp@airgas.com or by phone at 866-935-3370 (Option #1) to find out.
Due to the high volume of applications Airgas receives on a daily basis, we are unable to personally respond to your inquiry.
