Castolin Eutectic® DO® 60 (0.045" dia.) premium metal-cored and gas shielded hardfacing wire is designed for exacting applications involving elevated in-service temperatures. Weld deposits exhibit high temperature hardness stability, excellent anti-galling and resistance to cavitation-erosion, oxidation and corrosion. Deposits have a hardness of 38-40 HRC, two passes. Typically used for valve plugs and seats, hot work dies, furnace retorts, hot punches, trim dies, and coke pusher shoes.
