HOBART® Fabshield® XLNT-6 Self Shielded Flux Core Carbon Steel Tubular Welding Wire with 5/64" Dia comes on a 20 lb vacuum packed spool and is ideal for applications that need a self shielded high deposition wire with low temperature impact toughness and is made for use outside. It features splendid slag removal and renders enhanced productivity while minimizing slag entrapment. It requires no shielding gas and is great for welding outdoors. Flat and horizontal wire offers good impact strength at low temperatures and resists cracking in critical applications. It features slow freezing, basic type and flux-cored wire slag system. It is ideally applicable for non-alloyed and fine grain steels, structural steel erection, ship as well as barge construction, bridge construction, offshore rigs and heavy equipment repair. It is perfect for single/multiple pass applications.
