Foster® 40-50™ Mold Resistant Coating of 5 gal is specially designed and formulated with EPA registered antimicrobial agents to provide long-term protection against odor causing bacteria, mold, mildew growth on its surface. It is ideal to use in attic spaces, wall cavities, crawl spaces, floor joists or wherever mold remediation has occurred. It comes with low viscosity and allows easy application. It can be used for industrial, commercial, residential, hospital and school applications.
