The Airgas Rotational Career (ARC) Program is a great place to earn, learn and develop the skills you’ll need to succeed.

A recently completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business or a related field.
Strong critical-thinking, problem solving, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Prior internship, co-op, and/or work experience.
A desire to learn, grow and continue your career anywhere within Airgas.
The Airgas Sales Trainee Program has helped many of our early career associates launch new sales careers within our company. Our program combines online and classroom training designed to enhance our associate’s sales and customer service skills while providing the business and industry knowledge that our trainees need to be successful.
Our exciting one-year welding apprenticeship program prepares welding engineers and technicians to become Weld Process Specialists at Airgas. This career-enhancing program is designed specifically for welding professionals that want to further their careers with a deeper understanding of the economics and quality standards surrounding all welding and cutting processes.
