Cor-Met® Cor™Face Flux Cored Open Arc Hard Face Alloy Steel Tubular Welding Wire of 1/16" Dia is made of chromium-carbide Iron based alloy that designed to resist severe abrasion. It is used on minimal impact and severe abrasion resistance applications such as earth moving, crushing and grinding equipment. It is specifically used for screw conveyors, scraper blades, fan blades, roasting mill plows, dredge pumps and impellers. It provides hardness of 52 - 57 Rc for 1 pass, 58 - 61 Rc for 2 passes and 59 - 64 Rc for more than 3 passes.
