Bug-O Systems Linear Weaver is used to add more weave welding capacity to the modular drive system and can be plugged on the front of the carriage. Weaver measuring 7.25" L x 5.50" W x 5.37" H offers a speed of 2 - 110 IPM and produces 2.5 cycles per second at 1/8" stroke, 1.6 cycles per second at 1/4" stroke, 1 cycle per second at 1/2" stroke and 0.7 cycles per second at 1 stroke. The high torque, low inertia motor offers accurate stops and starts and the left as well as the right dwell times can be controlled independently. The high motor gearing avoids the cross arm from moving when the unit is turned off and the closed loop position control averts the drift from the center weld position. A contactor switch is provided and weaver cross arm is installed easily by the clutch. The gun mounting group has an adjustable racking block for precise positioning of the gun.
