Specialty gas cabinets

We offer a complete line of gas cabinets (from manual to fully automatic) and ultra-high purity (UHP) gases you need. We’ll make sure your gases are stored in the correct type of enclosure with the proper controls based on the classifications of gases used.

Gas panels

Airgas auto-switchover panels for UHP specialty gases are a must for any gas distribution system within a nanotechnology environment.

Ideal for automatically switching from primary to backup cylinders or dewars, you can program the switchover based on low pressure or weight. And to make things even easier, our panels are designed for quick access with a conveniently mounted status center that includes a PLC display and control touchpad.
