Effective September 30, 2019, Tech Air businesses will undergo changes to their legal entity and/or operating system. These businesses include Tech Air, Tech Air Propane, Scully Welding, Scully Propane and Gasco. Our goal is to make this transition seamless for you, our valued customers.
As part of this transition, customers will need an updated
W-9 form. Please download a new
W-9 form below and keep it for your records.

For Tech Air and Tech Air subsidiaries undergoing changes on September 30, 2019, including Scully Welding and Scully Propane, please review the payment instructions on your new Airgas invoice and find your corresponding W-9 below. Gasco customers, please refer to your Gasco invoice.
